Spinning Top Tutorials

Welcome to our Spinning Top tutorials. We use SOLIDWORKS 2013 to design our Top. Mastercam X6 and Mastercam for SOLIDWORKS to create CNC toolpaths to cut the Handle and Flywheel on your CNC mill. 13. Mastercam X6 Toolpaths. Units are all inches. This tutorial moves Handle and Flywheel files from SolidWorks 2013 into Mastercam X6 and rotates solids into the correct Mastercam XY planes. Use Circle toolpath to cut holes and Contour toolpath with Tabs to cut parts. Stock 3/4" by 5.5" by 7.5".

14. Mastercam X6 for SolidWorks Toolpaths. This tutorial rotates Handle and Flywheel parts into the correct Mastercam XY planes. Use Circle toolpath to cut holes and Contour toolpath with Tabs to cut parts. All within SolidWorks. Stock 3/4" by 5.5" by 7.5"
