Part 1. Blank. Units are all metric.

2. Body. Style Spline in sketches for side and bottom cuts.


3. SW19 to Mastercam 2020. In this new 2019 tutorial you open your SW body file in Mastercam 2020. In Mastercam 2020 the solid body is moved to Mastercam origin. Next, create two WCS planes to position solid body into the correct Mastercam XY axis. Then create check solid.
4. Mastercam 2020 HST toolpaths to cut shell car body from balsa blank: 1) Bottom shell wheel cutouts using very cool rough Area Clearance deep plunge Trochoidal elliptical cuts and finish Raster. 2) Cut body left side using finish Equal Scallop toolpath. 3) Mirror left cut to right side cut.
